At NS Mehendi, we take great care to ensure that every product is packed and delivered in proper condition. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds once an order has been delivered.
However, replacements are available only in specific cases as mentioned below.
Replacement Eligibility
A replacement will only be provided if the product received is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
To request a replacement, the following conditions must be met:

Customers must record a clear unboxing video showing the issue.

The video must be honest and uninterrupted, meaning it should show the entire unboxing process from the beginning, before opening the package and while opening it.

Edited, paused, or incomplete videos will not be accepted.
How to Request a Replacement
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
